Our Hosts
Lana and Petey are waiting to welcome you to the Black Tie Affair. So hurry and purchase your tickets as the event only lasts until October 1st!!
Lana and Petey have donned their formal attire for this very special event. You can submit photos of your attendees in their evening attire if you like. Danes can also be submitted au naturale (candid photos preferred).
You can purchase tickets at the GDCA Store or by check. Guests paying by check can email their photos and the photos will be added to the site upon receipt. Guests purchasing tickets at the GDCA Store can also send their photos by email. (Most of the updates will be done in the evening to the site.)
Attendee Photo Details
- Photos will be resized at no additional charge.
- One photo submission per seating type unless otherwise stated.
- Emailed photos are preferred.
- If you mail a photo, please include a self-addressed stamped return envelope.
- Submitted photos must be no more than 72 dpi.
- Submitted danes can either be dressed or undressed.
- Photos with accessorized danes (feather boas, tiaras, bow ties, etc.) are welcome.
- Photos can have a caption embedded in them if you like.
- Danes will not be identified in case GDCA-SE decides to use this as an identify that dane game of some sort later.
- Candid photos of undressed danes are preferred over show photos. Beside candid shots usually show more personality and/or humor!
- If you need your dane dressed contact me.
- I can dress them for $20 each with a portion being donated back to the event. (Each sample photo took two to four hours to create.)
- A group discount can be worked out for four or more danes.
- You are welcome to provide your dane's outfit also. As this is the preferred method and can be quite fun.
- A group or table photo can be submitted for dressing a group of eight danes.
- Flash (.swf) and slide show submissions must be static - no auto play. Therefore, they must have navigation buttons. (The invitation above is a Flash file with navigation.)
- Flash and slide shows must be no more than 300 kb.
- A sample page has been added as possible ideas for photos.
Single (1) and Brace (2) Entries
- Single and brace attendees can submit one photo (maximum 72 dpi).
- One photo can be combined for brace attendees.
- One Flash/slide show file can be submitted instead of a photo (maximum 300 kb).

Team (4) Entries
- Team entries can submit up to two photos (maximum 72 dpi).
- One Flash/slide show file can be submitted instead of photos (maximum 300 kb).

Table/Kennel (8) Entries
- If requested, a heading can be added above your table with up to two kennel names.
- Kennel names will be listed in alphabetical order unless otherwise specified.
- A short caption can be put above a table in lieu of a kennel name. For example, Lobato Chain Gang, Texas Connection, Chroma Mantle Mafia, etc.
- Table/Kennel attendees can submit up to four photos (maximum 72 dpi).
- One Flash/slide show file can be submitted instead of photos (maximum 300 kb).
